shipping / import fees

NORWAY

Orders are processed within 1-3 days and are sent via Bring, and your order should generally arrive within 1-7 business days. 

  

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are processed within 1-3 days and are sent via Posten.  We are not responsible for any problems that may occur under shipping. If a package is unable to be delivered and is returned to us you will be refunded excluding shipping costs.  Therefore we encourage you to choose shipping WITH tracking which will allow us to trace the parcel if "lost".   Shipping with tracking will take between 12-14 business days, though this may take longer during some seasons when the demands on shipping services are higher.  Some countries we are not able to add tracking to the shipment, in that case you will be contacted via email.  

 Many are currently experiencing delays in shipping times due to the second wave of COVID-19 that is spreading across Europe! We are very sorry for the inconvenience. 

DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

Please note that customers outside of Norway will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, contact your local tax or custom authorities. 

We are unable to collect VAT on purchases made outside of Norway, as Norway is not a part of the EU. 

 

RETURNS

Your item does not fit your child? 

We want you to be completely happy, so our return policy is as follows:

For a refund (minus the shipping) please fill out the form included in the order and send back within 10 days of receipt.  We advise you use a traceable method of shipping as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please be sure to package the item carefully for shipment, preferably using the same packaging in which you received it.  Return shipping costs  are the sole responsibility of the customer.  We will issue you a refund once the order has arrived.
